Return Policy
All sales are final, as each piece is carefully chosen and/or made with intention. The only exceptions are in the case of a seller error. If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out to us at hello@fervorgoods.com within 7 days of receiving your package — we’ll be glad to help.
Shipping
Every order comes with a tracking number, which you’ll receive by email once your shipping label is created. You can follow your package’s journey by clicking “View Order” in that email. While we can’t take responsibility for lost or stolen packages, we’ll always do our best to help track them down if any issues come up.
